FOOD COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is expanding its Viennoiserie capabilities and building a dedicated team to elevate laminated dough craft. You’ll join a growing central kitchen focused on craft, consistency, and innovation.

You’ll produce artisanal viennoiseries—from croissants to laminated pastries—with precision, master lamination techniques, and help scale production across outlets and new business opportunities while ensuring quality and uniformity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in patisserie or baking required.
• Experience with laminated dough or industrial pastry production is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craft.

Responsibilities

• Craft signature viennoiseries such as croissants and laminated pastries with consistency.
• Master lamination techniques to uphold quality.
• Deliver high-volume production to outlets and new business needs.
• Follow standardized recipes to maintain uniform flavour and texture.
• Perform visual and taste quality checks before dispatch.

What You’ll Do

• Craft Signature Viennoiseries:Produce artisanal viennoiseries—from croissants to laminated pastries—with consistency and care.
• Master Lamination:Execute precise lamination techniques that uphold our iconic quality.
• Deliver High-Volume Excellence:Support scaling production to meet both outlet and new business demands.
• Follow Standardised Recipes:Maintain uniformity in flavour, texture, and presentation across all batches
• Ensure Quality Control:Conduct visual and taste checks before products are dispatched.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Certificate in Patisserie, Baking or related field
• Experience with laminated dough or industrial pastry production is a strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craft
