Keong Saik Bakery is seeking a hands-on bakery assistant to support daily production of bread and pastries at our shop. You will assist in lamination, shaping, and assembling croissants and sandwiches, and help maintain product quality and cleanliness.

The role involves applying standard recipes, helping with fillings, cookies, and stocking, while keeping storerooms organized and inventory well managed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in bread baking and pastry production preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Cook ganache, boil potatoes, etc

Prepare fillings such as cream cheese filling, almond frangipane etc

Bake cookies such as almond florentine, milo cornflakes etc

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workstations

Stock ordering

Maintain storeroom organization and inventory level

Quality control must be maintained

Any other duties as required by the Company
