Job summary

Tiong Bahru Bakery is seeking a Retail Shop Baker to join our Singapore team. We welcome individuals with passion for Viennoiserie, pastries, and sourdough, and we provide world-class bakery training to develop your skills.

We promote from within and offer clear growth paths across Spa Esprit Group brands, plus a supportive team culture that values creativity and individuality. Expect a 5-day, 44-hour work week with caring benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; passionate to learn.

Responsibilities

• Train in Viennoiserie, pastry, or sourdough making with guidance from senior bakers.
• Support shop operations and guest service as part of a close-knit team.
• Grow into leadership roles through internal training and promotion opportunities.
