Foragers is hiring a Baker to lead the bakery operations in our bustling Singapore cafe. You will knead, bake, and manage bread, cakes, and cookies while ensuring quality and consistency across busy service periods.

You will work within a young, vibrant team in a Café environment located along Singapore's riverfront and city center, enjoying a supportive culture and opportunities for professional growth and course funding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of baking and pastry experience in a high-volume environment.
• Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Bread Wizard: Knead, shape, and bake loaves with crusty exteriors and soft interiors.
• Cake and Cookie Whisperer: Create cakes and cookies that look and taste like a dream.
• Team Flour Power: Collaborate with the kitchen team to keep the bakery stocked and ready for service.
• Clean-Up Commander: Maintain a spotless kitchen with attention to detail.
• Opening & Closing Pro: Set up and break down the kitchen to prep for the next shift.
