Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, operations, or general management, preferably in fast-growing or multi-business environments.

  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution ability and strong problem‑solving skills.

  • Experience managing multi‑functional teams and scaling operations is highly preferred.
