• Experience in a clinical setting is desirable.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting pets and their families
• Picking up phone calls and setting up appointments
• Receiving goods from suppliers
• Collecting payments
• Keeping the reception, consult rooms and surrounding areas clean
• Liaising between referring clinics and internal departments

This is a full time position with 40-hrs per week consisting of 3 weekdays (up to 10pm) and Saturdays & Sundays (up to 6pm or 7pm).

About you

• Experience within the industry or in a medical setting would be a bonus but not necessary
