Qualifications

• Minimum qualification Diploma with 2 years’ experience in Hire Purchase in vehicle loan, other loan products and credit control experience.
• Strong in English, able to write, type and speak fluently.
• Similar experience in the automotive industry and credit/loan experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan applications meticulously.
• Prepare loan documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure record accuracy in ERP and CRM systems.
• Contact customers and vendors for collection arrangements.
• Monitor aging reports and update management.
