Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a candidate to manage utilities diversion projects, including design, authority liaison, and subcontractor engagement. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma/NITEC in a relevant field with 1-3 years of experience, particularly in Ground-works or Infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction practices and local regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally with Ground-works/Infrastructure, LTA/PUB projects.

Responsibilities

• Approval request submission to relevant authorities for services diversion and traffic diversion at site.
• Incorporate utilities diversion plan to construction schedule.
• Managing the design of utilities diversion route, supporting structure and other required structure.
• Coordinate with authorities to facilitate work progress such as PUB, SPPG, etc.
• Engage and liaise with approved subcontractor for any services diversion works.
• Planning for reinstatement.
