A well-established premium retail and lifestyle organization is seeking a capable and driven Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations, administration, and resource management. This is a key leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and supporting senior management in achieving business objectives.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to ensure strong operational controls, admin systems, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and manage operational plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and contractors on operational matters.
  • Oversee warehouse, inventory, and import/export logistics for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with IT vendors for system maintenance and software updates.
  • Ensure repairs and maintenance meet standards and remain within budget.
  • Research and implement strategies to support manpower planning and productivity.
  • Lead and manage Office Administration and Service Administration teams.
  • Build strong internal relationships across departments.
  • Manage senior management’s daily schedules, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications and follow‑ups.
  • Handle travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and visa applications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
