Urgent: Manufacturing Manager (Precision Engineering)

Establish, oversee, and optimize production schedules to meet customer requirements while improving efficiency and minimizing downtime.

Supervise, coach, and inspire a diverse production team, promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Ensure all output complies with stringent precision engineering standards and customer specifications through thorough quality checks and ongoing monitoring.

Identify opportunities to enhance processes, apply lean manufacturing principles, and adopt Six Sigma or similar methodologies to boost productivity and reduce waste.

Oversee production budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost‑efficient strategies while maintaining product quality and delivery commitments.

Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to support smooth production flow and timely product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
