Job description

We are seeking a motivated Test & Maintenance Technician to support our semiconductor manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance improvement of ATE Test and Backend equipment in a cleanroom environment.

📌 Employment Type: 12-month Contract (renewable)

📍 Location: Ang Mo Kio

🕐 Shift Pattern: 12-hour Permanent Night Shift

💰 Salary & Allowances: Up to $3,500/month + $28/night shift allowance, attendance allowance, smock allowance and completion bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, debug, and repair ATE Test and Backend equipment
• Record and update maintenance, calibration, and performance logs
• Collaborate with Engineers to improve equipment reliability and productivity
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Planners to meet production targets
• Train new technicians and operators on proper equipment handling
• Maintain 6S standards and manage spare parts inventory
• Participate in process improvement and safety initiatives
• Willing to work overtime when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
• 5 years’ hands‑on experience with semiconductor test or backend equipment
• Experience with Test Handlers and ATE testers
• Ability to read basic electronic schematics (preferred)
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
• Proficient in MS Office and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
