Job description

• Combine commercial knowledge with contracts expertise, prepare and issue physical and derivative sales and purchase contracts and confirmations related to sales,trading,and supply, for both Spot and Term contracts.
• Draft, review and negotiate, term deals and tenders, master agreements, confirmation notices and side letters directly with customers
• Review 3rd Party terms and conditions and negotiate amendments as required to minimize contractual exposure
• Provide advice to trading, operations, and other departments in contract matters to secure sound resolutions of contractual disputes with counter parties, liaising with legal counsels as necessary.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
