Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer to work at Tai Seng, Singapore.

The role combines deep technical knowledge with sales acumen to address critical business needs through ICT solutions, supporting the sales team from solution engineering to tender responses and project kickoffs. You will collaborate with the Technical team for post-sales transition and with product teams for field feedback, while maintaining in-depth product knowledge across key

Qualifications

Min. 5 years of presales experience in SME or enterprise ICT Solution
Ideally Windows and/or cloud-based Infrastructure offerings
Good understanding of enterprise sales processes for ICT solutions
Deep knowledge in multiple ICT domains (servers, storage, virtualization, cloud)
Ability to plan, design and architect private, hybrid and/or public cloud solutions

Responsibilities

Engage potential and existing clients to understand business needs and define scope of work
Design and propose IT turnkey solutions based on client requirements and present to clients
Gather feedback from stakeholders to ensure technical and financial viability of the solution
Prepare and review tenders/bids and ensure all services are included in the final price
Ensure proper closure on sales activities and maintain presales documentation
