Job summary

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer in Singapore (Tai Seng) to bridge technical design and client needs. You will collaborate with Sales to craft turnkey ICT solutions, present architectures, demos, proposals, and respond to RFIs/RFPs, driving the full pre-sales cycle through project kickoff.

You will work with Technical and Product teams to ensure smooth post-sales transition and maintain deep product knowledge to translate business requirements

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of presales experience in SME or enterprise ICT solutions.
• Ideally experience with Windows and/or cloud-based infrastructure offerings.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ICT sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential and existing clients to understand their business and define technical requirements.
• Design and present IT turnkey solutions based on client requirements with the management team.
• Obtain and collate feedback from stakeholders to ensure technical and financial viability of proposed solutions.
• Prepare and review commercial aspects of tenders/bids and ensure all services are included in final price.
• Ensure proper closure on sales activities.
• Ensure all presales and tender documentation is complete.
