Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of presales experience in SME or enterprise ICT solutions.
• Good understanding of enterprise ICT sales processes.
• In-depth knowledge in at least 5 areas: Servers, Storage, Virtualisation (VMware/HyperV), Containerised Architecture, Microsoft Suite, Data protection, Cloud.
• Ability to plan, design and architect private, hybrid and/or public cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand business and define technical scope.
• Design and propose turnkey IT solutions and present to clients.
• Obtain and collate feedback from stakeholders to ensure technical and financial viability.
• Prepare and review tender/bid commercial aspects and ensure all services are included in final price.
• Ensure proper closure on sales activities.
• Ensure all documentation for presales and tender is in order.
