Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an IT Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer to bridge technical design with the sales process.

You will work with the Sales team to craft architecture, present turnkey solutions, and respond to RFI/RFP while ensuring alignment with customer needs. You will collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure smooth handover to post-sales implementation and provide ongoing feedback to enhance ICT offerings.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of presales experience in SME or enterprise ICT solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ICT solution sales processes.
• Deep knowledge in at least five areas: servers, storage, virtualization, containers, Microsoft suite, cloud and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand business needs and define scope.
• Design and propose turnkey IT solutions with management team and present to clients.
• Gather and review stakeholder feedback to ensure technical and financial viability.
• Prepare tender/commercial aspects and ensure services are included in price.
• Ensure proper closure on sales activities.
• Maintain presales documentation for tender processes.
