Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer in Singapore. This role reports to the Technical Director and blends deep technical knowledge with business insight to address ICT solutions for clients.

Responsibilities include engaging with clients, designing turnkey solutions, and supporting the sales team through RFI/RFP, tender processes, and project kickoffs. A strong presales background and cloud expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of presales experience in SME or enterprise ICT solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of five areas: Servers, Storage, Virtualisation, Containerization, Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand business needs and define scope.
• Design and propose IT turnkey solutions with management team and present to clients.
• Review tenders/bids and ensure services are included in final price.
• Coordinate presales documentation for tender processes.
• Support sales team through full solution engineering lifecycle.
