Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer to engage clients, design turnkey ICT solutions, and support the full sales process from presales to post‑sales handover.

Based in Singapore, the role reports to the Technical Director and involves collaboration with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver cloud and ICT solutions. A strong background in enterprise ICT and cloud architectures is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of presales experience in SME or enterprise ICT solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ICT sales processes.
• Deep knowledge in at least 5 areas: servers, storage, virtualization, containers, MS software, data protection and cloud solutions.
• Ability to design and architect private, hybrid and public cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential and existing clients to understand business needs, determine technical requirements and scope.
• Design and propose IT turnkey solutions and present to clients.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders to ensure technical and financial viability of proposed solutions.
• Prepare and review commercial aspects of tenders/bids and ensure services are included in final pricing.
• Ensure proper closure on sales activities.
• Maintain documentation for presales and tender processes.
