Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Solutions Architect/ Sales Engineer to bridge presales and sales, designing turnkey ICT solutions for clients in Singapore.

You will work with the Sales team to craft architectural designs, present solutions, and respond to RFI/RFP while ensuring seamless handover to post-sales teams. Qualifications

• Presales experience in ICT solutions essential.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ICT sales processes.
• Deep knowledge of at least five areas: servers, storage, virtualization, containerization, Microsoft products, data protection, and cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential and existing clients to understand business needs, determine technical requirements and define the scope of work.
• Design and propose IT turnkey solutions based on client requirements and present them to clients.
• Obtain and collate feedback from stakeholders to ensure technical and financial viability of proposed solutions.
• Prepare and review the commercial aspects of tenders/bids and ensure all services are included in the final price.
• Coordinate with technology partners and internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales transition.
