Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator supports the Centre Manager in driving student enrolments, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front-desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a service mindset, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Enrolment Support
  • Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins
  • Conduct basic consultations to recommend suitable programs
  • Explain tuition centre offerings and promotions to prospective parents / students
  • Assist in trial class scheduling and conversion follow-up
  • Track and update enrolment database and lead pipeline
  • Support monthly enrolment targets set by the Centre Manager
🔹 Customer Service
  • Handle front-desk inquiries and walk-in customers
  • Attend to parents’ queries on schedules, payments, and student progress
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication (WhatsApp, phone, email)
  • Collect and record feedback from parents and escalate concerns when necessary
🔹 Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate student records (attendance, payment, enrolment forms)
  • Assist in class scheduling and coordination with tutors
  • Generate invoices, receipts, and follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Prepare reports for management on sales, attendance, and retention
🔹 Marketing Support
  • Help execute marketing campaigns (flyers, online posts, referral programs)
  • Prepare basic content for WhatsApp blasts or social media (optional)
  • Coordinate with marketing team for event logistics (e.g., open houses, roadshows)
🔹 Operational Duties
  • Ensure centre cleanliness, proper signage, and availability of teaching materials
  • Open and close centre when required
  • Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by Centre Manager
Requirements
  • Minimum O-Level / Diploma
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Able to work evenings and weekends (when classes are ongoing)
  • Cheerful, proactive, and enjoys speaking with parents and students
  • Basic Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
