Our client is an international trust provider to HNW individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of trust account balances and activity with supporting documentation.
  • Monitor trust account transactions to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and file trust account tax returns.
  • Manage full set of accounts for trusts and underlying companies; prepare financial statements.
  • Provide regular financial statements and reports to clients.
  • Resolve issues or discrepancies related to trust account activity.
  • Assist with client trust account setup and maintenance.
  • Support trust managers with distributions, payments, and receipts for trusts and underlying companies.
  • Assist with business development initiatives and client onboarding in compliance with internal procedures.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Knowledge of trust accounting principles, software, and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and Mandarin.
