Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team where you will play a vital role in managing fund operations and optimizing liquidity across multiple regions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance financial processes and maintain strong banking relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily fund operations and bank account management, ensuring accurate and timely execution of payment instructions for subsidiaries in the designated regions.
2. Manage banking activities, including account maintenance, online banking support, and compliance with internal financial controls.
3. Monitor bank account balances, perform daily cash position aggregation, and execute intercompany fund transfers to ensure efficient fund utilization.
4. Maintain and strengthen relationships with regional banks, handling KYC and other banking matters.
5. Collaborate with the fund manager to optimize financial processes, enhance automation, and manage relevant documentation.
6. Prepare and maintain financial reports, including cash flow forecasts, revenue and expenditure ledgers, and periodic bank reconciliations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in treasury management or similar financial roles within multinational corporations or large enterprises.
3. Familiarity with fund operations in Southeast Asia, particularly an in-depth knowledge of the banking system and financial regulations in Singapore.
4. Strong attention to detail, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
5. Candidates with the ability to manage local bank relationships and financing partners independently will be prioritized.
