Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth running of the FX hedging processes
• Daily FX swaps execution for funding gaps and value date mis-matches
• Provide support to manage liquidity required to support transactions and ensure sufficient liquidity across all accounts for transaction flows
• Ensure good working relationship with clients and banking partners
• Implement and improve treasury processes and systems to optimize efficiency, quality and excellence
• Develop and implement business controls and best practices to maximize performance
• Anticipate internal/external business issues to align operational priorities and strategies
• Proactively identify issues and opportunities to improve quality and customer satisfaction
• Facilitate streamlined reporting, dashboards and analysis to support sound decision making and ensure consistency in format and delivery
• Other responsibilities / special projects will be assigned as required

Desired Skillsets & Attributes

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification with 5-8 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with FX spot, forwards and options execution
• Knowledge of Foreign Exchange, Money Market products
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel VBA, MS PowerPoint
• Working knowledge/Proficiency in SQL
• Experience using Reuters/Bloomberg
• Strong market risk awareness
• Good understanding of technology and business processes
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility – able to follow-through and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Good communication skills (written/spoken) in English
• Experience working with counterparts/stakeholders from China
• Proficiency in spoken and written Simplified Chinese would be advantageous
