Responsibilities
  • Driving strategic balance sheet direction and monitoring regulatory change
  • Support stress testing processes to ensure capital levels remain consistent
  • Working closely with the Technology team to ensure the reporting of Capital and Liquidity metrics are correct
  • Continual review of processes and control with a focus on governance and accuracy making recommendations where necessary
  • Involved in strategic projects around Capital and Liquidity reporting as well as stress testing, recovery and resolution
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders across Risk, Treasury and Compliance as well as external auditors, ratings agencies and software vendors
Prerequisites
  • 10 years + within the financial services industry in a Senior balance sheet management role with knowledge of Capital, RWA, LCR and NSFR
  • Attention to detail, the ability to challenge the status quo and outstanding communication skills are essential skills for this role
  • Comfortable with MI tools and manipulating and analysing large volumes of data
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent are a pre‑requisite for this vacancy
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
