Qualifications

• Experience working with youth with complex trauma.
• Ability to handle crises and conflicts.
• Willingness to work on 3-shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily operational duties and supervise residents.
• Assist residents with day-to-day issues ensuring their welfare.
• Promote discipline and mentor residents.
• Assess and handle crises or conflicts.
• Provide individual therapeutic interventions based on care plans.
• Address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.

Skills

Experience in working with youth at-risk
