Transportation Coordinator
Job Description
  • Coordinate between customers, suppliers, internal manufacturing department and forwarder to meet shipment schedules for both export and import shipments
  • Inventory management and maintenance of accurate stock records
  • Perform monthly/ yearly stock take and reporting (External / Internal)
  • Manage store operations, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, labeling, cleaning, packing, issuing goods and loading.
  • Ensure proper packaging and unpacking protocols are followed.
  • Ensure warehouse storage capacity is kept at optimal levels
  • Uphold workplace safety and health practices.
  • Skip bin management
  • Ad-hoc tasks by Management
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess minimum Secondary Education and above.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Hardworking and independent.
  • Good Working Attitude
  • Team player and able to multi-task.
  • Require to have Staker/ Forklift License
