NTUC in Singapore seeks a Deputy Director to lead its Transformation Team, driving enterprise-wide initiatives that elevate organisational effectiveness and service delivery through process redesign, digital innovation and change management.

You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, redesign operating models, streamline processes and embed new ways of working to support the organisation's strategic priorities and nationwide skills development.

Competenze

Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
At least 10 years in transformation, strategy, programme management or business process improvement, including 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and delivering measurable organisational outcomes.
Experience in process redesign, operating model transformation and technology-enabled change.

Mansioni

Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness through operating model redesign, process optimisation, digital innovation and change management.
Provide strategic oversight of the transformation portfolio, including governance, prioritisation, resource allocation and value realisation.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in shaping strategic priorities, driving enterprise-wide change and delivering organisational outcomes.
