Job summary

NTUC’s e2i (Employment & Employability Institute) seeks a strategic leader to drive its transformation agenda across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to redesign operating models, embed new ways of working, and deliver measurable organisational outcomes in a digitally-enabled environment.

You will oversee the transformation portfolio, manage governance, and allocate resources to high-impact initiatives, while building capabilities in change management and analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in transformation, strategy, programme management or process improvement.
• 5+ years in a leadership role leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness through operating model redesign and digital innovation.
• Provide strategic oversight of the transformation portfolio, including governance and value realisation.

Job description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to spearhead e2i's transformation agenda. Reporting to senior management, you will drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, improve service delivery and leverage technology, data and innovation to create sustainable impact.

You will work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, redesign operating models, streamline processes and embed new ways of working that support the organisation's strategic priorities.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness through operating model redesign, process optimisation, digital innovation and change management.
• Provide strategic oversight of the transformation portfolio, including governance, prioritisation, resource allocation and value realisation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in shaping strategic priorities, driving enterprise-wide change and delivering organisational outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while building organisational capabilities in transformation, innovation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in transformation, strategy, programme management or business process improvement, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and delivering measurable organisational outcomes.
• Experience in process redesign, operating model transformation and technology-enabled change.
• Familiarity with data architecture, analytics and enterprise technology platforms would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving and change management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
