Job summary

MINDEF is seeking a dedicated professional to lead HR business process transformation across the organisation in Singapore. The role focuses on optimizing HR policies, systems and workflows through innovation and digitalisation to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

You will design, implement and manage HR projects from conceptualisation to rollout, re‑engineer workflows, and engage agencies and vendors to enable adoption. Adaptability in a dynamic environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management or related field preferred.
• Experience with HCM SaaS is advantageous.
• Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
• Adaptive and comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR business process transformation across the organisation.
• Design, implement and manage HR projects from concept to rollout.
• Review and re‑engineer workflows to improve efficiency, compliance and service delivery.
• Engage HR agencies, business units and vendors to implement initiatives and enable adoption.
• Identify opportunities to leverage HR technology and best practices for continuous improvement.
