Job summary

Singapore Children’s Society is seeking an Assistant Director/Deputy Director, Employee Experience & Transformation to lead HR transformation initiatives that strengthen service delivery, employee experience and workforce analytics across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will drive HR digitalisation, implement an integrated HR system, map processes, manage change, and deliver measurable improvements as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Broad HR experience, with exposure to HR transformation, HR technology, employee experience or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience leading organisation-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Experience in HR systems implementation, process improvement and/or workforce analytics.
• Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Able to operate at strategic and implementation levels and collaborate across HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a portfolio of HR transformation initiatives with defined scope, milestones and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR service quality, processes and employee experience using stakeholder insights.
• Redesign priority processes and ensure operational ownership before handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, resources and change management plans.
• Track delivery against milestones, benefits, risks and adoption indicators; implement corrective actions.
• Embed continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews to sustain gains.
• Develop phased HR digitalisation roadmap and evaluate suitable HR technology solutions.
• Lead the implementation of HR technology projects including testing, data readiness and rollout.
• Redesign HR workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
• Establish adoption metrics, system performance and ongoing ownership and support.
• Enable reliable HR data and reporting for workforce planning and decision-making.
• Lead workforce analytics and organisation effectiveness projects and coordinate job architecture initiatives.
• Present workforce insights and recommendations to Management and Board Committees.
