Job summary

Singapore Children's Society in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director/Deputy Director, Employee Experience & Transformation to lead priority HR transformation initiatives, strengthen service delivery, and boost workforce analytics across the organisation. The role reports to the Head of HR and will partner across HR to translate priorities into deliverable programmes and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

Degree in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Development or related field.
10+ years HR experience; at least 5 years in a managerial position.
Experience leading organisation-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Experience in HR systems implementation, process improvement or workforce analytics would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead HR transformation initiatives with defined scope, milestones and outcomes.
Redesign processes and establish ownership and service standards across HR.
Develop project plans, roadmaps, and change management for approved initiatives.
Track delivery, benefits, risks and adoption; implement corrective actions as needed.
Lead HR digitalisation, tech evaluation, testing, data readiness and rollout.
Establish HR dashboards and workforce metrics for planning and decision-making.
Guide employee experience improvements and engagement initiatives across the Society.
