A major professional services firm in Singapore is seeking individuals for Manager to Associate Director positions within their Transaction Services team. Our Transaction Services team collaborates with organisations of all shapes and sizes across a broad range of Mergers and Acquisitions (“M&A”) activity. We are an integrated team of specialists helping clients focus on the key questions during the critical stages of planning and executing a deal as well as creating and enhancing value.
