Job summary

DNATA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trainer Lead to guide the training function, design impactful programs, and drive performance improvement across teams. You will lead trainers, shape learning strategy, and align initiatives with business goals.

You will oversee onboarding, certification, and continuous development, manage training metrics, and collaborate with HR, operations, and stakeholders to foster a high-performance learning culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years in Learning and Development.
• Experience in airport ground services or ramp operations preferred.
• 2–3 years of team leadership.
• ACTA/ACLP certification preferred.
• Flexible work hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate trainers.
• Allocate training tasks and manage trainer schedules.
• Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Develop training strategies aligned with business goals.
• Perform TNA with stakeholders.
• Lead Train-The-Trainer and leadership programmes.
• Monitor and report training effectiveness via KPIs.
• Ensure LMS usage and digital learning adoption.
• Coordinate onboarding, certification and compliance training.
