Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic Training & Development Manager to lead learning initiatives, enhance workforce capabilities, and support operational excellence. This 1-year contract role develops training strategies, manages a team, and partners with stakeholders to align learning with business objectives.

You will design programs, measure impact, coach trainers, and drive continuous improvement across operations, delivering sessions and reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, L&D, or Education, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years in training and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• ACTA/ACLP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in meeting operational and service goals.
• Lead a training team with workforce planning, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop strategic training plans and onboarding frameworks.
• Advise on training methodologies and improve content and delivery.
• Identify training needs with leaders and opportunities for development.
• Design training programmes, lesson plans, and assessment metrics.
• Collaborate with units to implement learning solutions.
• Deliver sessions, workshops, and coaching to staff.
• Prepare management reports on training performance.
• Coach trainers to raise standards and capability.
• Lead talent development, including reviews and retention strategies.
• Monitor training impact and drive continuous improvement.
