Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group in Singapore seeks an experienced L&D professional to own the training strategy, calendar, and delivery across the organization. You will develop modules in Cornerstone, monitor completion, and drive both in-house and global programs, including certifications and government grants.

You will coordinate external training, partnerships with schools, and support ISO/SQC certifications while maintaining meticulous training records for audits and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in learning and development, training, or a related HR role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to assess training effectiveness.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms.
• Language proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Compile Total Company Training Plan and Development of Training Calendar.
• Deploying trainings and monitor Cornerstone modules completion status within timelines.
• Creation of training modules in Cornerstone and weekly reminders for completion.
• Develop In-house course materials and conduct in-house and global training initiatives.
• Coordinate external training, certifications and licenses (OFA, SWHPP).
• Manage government grants, partnerships with schools for internships and collaborations.
• Support ISO, SQC certifications and maintain training records for audits.
• Lead townhall sessions and HR induction for new joiners; monitor induction progress.
• Identify training needs and launch Performance Management training for Operations.
• Sole accountability for all L&D activities and timelines; support SHE in training admin.
