• Identify learning and development needs across teams and departments.
• Design and facilitate training, onboarding, coaching and development programmes.
• Support managers in building coaching, feedback and leadership capabilities.
• Organise employee engagement, wellbeing and team-building activities.
• Support initiatives to strengthen company culture and service standards.
• Partner with managers and HR teams on talent, performance and career development initiatives.
• Manage learning records, LMS administration, training participation and external vendors.
• Track training effectiveness, feedback and L&D expenses.
• Analyse employee feedback and data to recommend improvements.
• Support other HR and L&D projects as required.
