Job summary

You will manage end-to-end course administration, track learning metrics via dashboards, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, and oversee L&D budget utilization and reporting.

The role also covers onboarding logistics, corporate orientation and scholarship

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Relevant experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support LNA follow-ups and consolidate capability gaps.
• Coordinate end-to-end course administration and track learning metrics.
• Facilitate corporate onboarding and manage onboarding logistics.
• Administer sponsorship applications, bonds tracking and leadership development.
• Provide coverage for key L&D projects across the department.

Education
