Job summary

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore is seeking a proactive Training & Development HR Executive to lead onboarding and frontline training across our 19 stores and Changi operations. You will facilitate engaging workshops, coach store teams, and manage learning portals, while handling essential administrative tasks and analytics to support operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and engage diverse adult learners, ideally within a retail, F&B, or high-touch service environment.
• Strong Administrative & Reporting Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and meticulous training records/financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute onboarding for frontline staff and executive hires, partnering with Operations Management for buddy system implementation.
• Deliver engaging Service Excellence workshops and review grooming standards for new hires to uphold the premium brand.
• Manage airport-specific training portals and handle registration processes (QSM, One Changi) and Extra Miles Award matters.
• Oversee mandatory training including First Aid, Trade Compliance, and Security Compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide in-store coaching across Changi Airport terminals with real-time feedback.
• Review and refine L&D SOPs and associated processes; manage training-related financial administration.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for L&D to track training effectiveness and participation.
• Contribute to Employee Engagement programs and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Assist with broader HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed.
