Job summary

DNATA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Learning Development & Capability Training Executive to lead learning strategy, digital solutions, and LMS administration across functions.

You will design and deliver programmes, govern training standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to elevate organisational capability. The role requires hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Train-The-Trainer initiatives, and leadership development delivery, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Education, Adult Education, Learning & Development or related discipline.
• Experience supporting learning technologies, LMS platforms and workforce development initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in training design, delivery and evaluation.
• Sound knowledge of airport, airline, ground handling or operational training environments is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills.
• ACTA, ACLP or equivalent training certification is preferred.
• Meticulous, adaptive and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage learning technologies and digital learning initiatives.
• Serve as LMS subject matter expert (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Lead learning innovation and technology projects from initiation to implementation.
• Monitor post-implementation benefits and recommend improvements.
• Design, coordinate and deliver training programmes and materials.
• Support the Training Manager to design, develop, deliver and continuously enhance leadership development programmes aligned with organization capability requirements.
• Design, coordinate and deliver Train-The-Trainer (TTT) programmes to establish consistent training standards and instructional excellence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
• Adapt Head Office training content for local operational requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding, refresher, compliance and skills training programmes.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments, surveys and analytics.
• Maintain training records, reports, process documentation and audit requirements.
• Evaluate programme outcomes and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and organisational training standards.
• Support operations training and leadership training requirements.
• Monitor industry trends and introduce effective training methodologies.
• Manage competency development initiatives and workforce capability enhancement.
• Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with operational goals.
• Provide consultation on learning solutions and capability development needs.
