TDCX in Singapore seeks a Learning Manager to lead the design and evaluation of training programs for client teams, align curricula with business goals, and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's degree or higher in any field or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or related field.
• Experience in policy development, process documentation, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance evaluation and certification of trainers through coaching, mentoring, and observations.
• Set team and individual goals aligned with program and company objectives.
• Design curricula based on needs analysis, feedback, client expectations, and industry best practices.
• Analyze program performance and report ROI to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to keep knowledge up to date and ensure updates are implemented.
• Apply leadership techniques tailored to individual development and support continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
