Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of working experience in related field required.
• Experience in developing training and communication materials.
• Extensive knowledge of analyzing training needs and performance gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance of trainers through coaching and assessments.
• Design course curriculum based on needs analysis and feedback.
• Monitor effectiveness of training programs and report on them.
