Job description

PROGRAMME

Selected applicants will undergo a 13-month classroom and practical training programme depending on academic qualifications and be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to become an Aircraft Technician. Upon successful completion of training you will be appointed as an Aircraft Technician and perform maintenance servicing and overhaul of aircraft.

TRAINING

1.1st Phase (first 6 months) - Theoretical training on specified modules in aircraft related topics at appointed Malaysia college.

2.2nd Phase (7th months onwards) - On the job training at SIAEC Base Maintenance or Line Maintenance Division

OBLIGATIONS

1. Trainees are required to serve employment of 2.5 years in the Company (training bond) upon the completion of training.

2. If a trainee does not complete his training successfully or does not serve a minimum employment period of 2.5 years he will have to pay for training costs of up to S$35000 (liquidated damages).

REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess an Engineering Diploma / Bachelors Degree from a recognized college and university.

2. Fluent in English with good communication skills.

3. Willing to relocate to Singapore.

4. Strong interest in technical role within Aviation industry.

5. Positive and hardworking personality.

6. Must be able to differentiate colors for work purposes.
