The TikTok Shop Specialist is responsible for managing, optimising, and growing the brand’s presence on TikTok Shop. This role focuses on driving sales through effective livestream operations, content creation, product listing management, and TikTok-specific marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is creative, fast-paced, and deeply familiar with TikTok trends, algorithms, and commerce features.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop Operations

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, variations, and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with fulfilment teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor product performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.

Content & Livestream Management

  • Plan, script, and create TikTok videos to promote products effectively.
  • Coordinate and support livestream hosts/KOLs.
  • Handle livestream setup, product tagging, and real-time engagement.
  • Conduct livestreams (if required) to showcase products and drive conversions.

Marketing & Sales Strategy

  • Execute TikTok Shop campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and seasonal promotions.
  • Analyse sales data to refine strategies and boost conversions.
  • Collaborate with influencers/KOLs to boost product visibility.
  • Stay updated with TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes.

Customer Engagement

  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
  • Manage customer reviews and assist in resolving issues with professionalism.
  • Provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales, traffic, and campaign performance.
  • Identify top-performing products and opportunities for optimisation.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads, and social commerce trends.
  • Experience creating short-form content (TikTok/Reels).
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for livestreams (advantage).
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations and backend tools.
  • Familiar with sales funnels, conversions, and basic analytics.
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
