Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Manager/ Deputy Manager, Ticketing Experience in Ticketing Strategy & Projects to shape the future of public transport ticketing, from policy creation to implementation.

You will analyze current ticketing strategies, advance the transition from Card-Based to Account-Based Ticketing, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a simple, efficient commuter experience while ensuring financial sustainability.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in project management and/or policy.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable policy recommendations.
Good written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation.

Responsabilités

Conduct in-depth analysis of existing ticketing strategies.
Enhance ticketing experience and concession policy, to deliver simple and seamless ticketing experience for commuters.
Collaborate with internal/external local/foreign stakeholders and partners to gather insights and ensure alignment with industry and public needs.
Formulate and present recommendations to enhance financial sustainability and efficiency, including the transition from Card-Based Ticketing to Account-Based Ticketing system.
Oversee the implementation of approved policies, working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor policy effectiveness, gather feedback and make adjustments as needed.
