LTA Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a Manager/ Deputy Manager for Ticketing Experience, Ticketing Strategy & Projects to shape public transport ticketing from policy creation to implementation. You will analyze existing ticketing strategies, enhance passenger experience, and collaborate with local and international stakeholders to align with industry needs.

Strong analytical capability to translate data into policy recommendations.
Experience in policy formulation and implementation is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Conduct in-depth analysis of existing ticketing strategies.
Enhance ticketing experience and concession policy.
Collaborate with internal/external local/foreign stakeholders and partners to gather insights and ensure alignment with industry and public needs.
Formulate and present recommendations to enhance financial sustainability and efficiency, including the transition from Card-Based Ticketing to Account-Based Ticketing system.
Oversee the implementation of approved policies, working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor policy effectiveness, gather feedback and make adjustments as needed.
