Job summary

GVT Government Technology Agency in Singapore seeks a Manager/Deputy Manager, Ticketing Experience, Ticketing Strategy & Projects to lead policy development and the transition from card-based to account-based ticketing.

You will analyze current ticketing strategies, drive improvements for commuters, coordinate with local and international stakeholders, and oversee policy implementation to ensure financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in project management and/or policy.
• Candidate with no prior work experience may apply.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable policy recommendations.
• Good written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing ticketing strategies.
• Enhance ticketing experience and concession policy, to deliver simple and seamless ticketing experience for commuters.
• Collaborate with internal/external local/foreign stakeholders and partners to gather insights and ensure alignment with industry and public needs.
• Formulate and present recommendations to enhance financial sustainability and efficiency, including the transition from Card-Based Ticketing to Account-Based Ticketing system.
• Oversee the implementation of approved policies, working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor policy effectiveness, gather feedback and make adjustments as needed.
