Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a Manager/ Deputy Manager for Ticketing Experience, Strategy & Projects to lead the evolution of public transport ticketing from policy creation to implementation.

You will analyze current ticketing strategies, drive enhancements to ticketing experience and concession policies, and work with local and international partners to align with industry needs. The role oversees Account-Based Ticketing rollout and ongoing policy effectiveness.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in project management and/or policy; candidates with no prior work experience may apply.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable policy recommendations.
Good written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of existing ticketing strategies.
Enhance ticketing experience and concession policy for a simple, seamless commuter experience.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment with public needs.
Formulate and present recommendations to enhance financial sustainability and efficiency, including transition from Card-Based to Account-Based Ticketing.
Oversee implementation of approved policies with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor policy effectiveness and adjust as needed.
