Job summary

The Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a policy-driven project professional to shape the ticketing services charging framework, ensuring transparency and cost effectiveness while engaging stakeholders across the transit ecosystem.

You will lead a team to monitor costs, manage contracts with operators and service providers, analyze data for commuter-focused insights, and drive projects to support new payment modes and improved operations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management and/or policy.
• Conceptualise and operationalise policies.
• Communicate effectively and present to management.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders with confidence.

Responsibilities

• review and monitor the ticketing costs of the transit ticketing system
• manage the contracts with Public Transport Operators and transit ticketing service providers for ticketing related matters
• analyse transit ticketing data for insights to deliver a commuter-centric and future ready ticketing system
• implement projects to enhance operation and services, and support new payment modes in transit
• prepare approval papers and agreements with transit service providers covering service level monitoring and service fees
