The Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a Manager/ Deputy Manager, Ticketing Experience to lead the Ticketing Strategy & Projects team, shaping the future of public transport ticketing from policy creation to implementation.

You will conduct in-depth analysis of existing ticketing strategies, drive the transition from Card-Based to Account-Based Ticketing, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver simple, seamless commuter experiences while ensuring

Qualificações

3–5 years’ experience in project management and/or policy. Candidate with no prior work experience may apply.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable policy recommendations.
Good written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation.

Responsabilidades

Conduct in-depth analysis of existing ticketing strategies.
Enhance ticketing experience and concession policy to deliver simple and seamless ticketing experience for commuters.
Collaborate with internal/external local/foreign stakeholders and partners to gather insights and ensure alignment with industry and public needs.
Formulate and present recommendations to enhance financial sustainability and efficiency, including the transition from Card-Based Ticketing to Account-Based Ticketing system.
Oversee the implementation of approved policies, working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor policy effectiveness, gather feedback and make adjustments as needed.
