Job summary

Singapore Public Service seeks a Deputy Manager for Ticketing System & Governance (Operations) to lead system ownership, governance and delivery across the Transit Ticketing System. You will oversee enhancements, vendor relationships and crisis management to ensure a resilient, user-friendly fare system for millions of commuters in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in analysing requirements, managing customer experience and maintaining system operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management and analytical problem-solving with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives by developing business cases and overseeing enhancement deliveries.
• Collaborate with technology partners, operators, vendors and internal teams to improve end-to-end ticketing.
• Manage enhancement request process and evaluate changes for commuter experience, feasibility, and financial impact.
• Sign-off of User Acceptance Test (UAT) reviews with stakeholders and ensure test plans and defects are addressed prior to deployment.
• Plan deployment strategies with technical delivery teams, including cutover planning, rollback arrangements and post-deployment monitoring.
• Strengthen system governance by managing service provider contracts, audits, compliance actions, and performance metrics.
